This is a very personalized signed copy by Eugene Poinc of the Practitioner. It comes with a half typed - half hand written letter in its original envelope also signed by Euegne, and signed in his book by him to the same individuals. The envelope is postmarked just two years before his passing in 2020. He included two different dust jackets to his book for the particular family. One of which contains an illustration, the other without an illustration. 

The cover of the book is mint, one of the dust jackets has what looks like a few scratches. 

Some of the beginning pages have foxing stains, particularly the front end cover, end pages, copyright and title pages. 

Binding is tight and firm, pages clean aside from foxing, no writing or markings other than Poinc's signature.

    A book with obvious wear. May have minor damage but nothing that compromises the legibility or understanding of text. May
    contain heavy highlighting, underlining or/and notes.
    All significant defects will be
    noted. 

  • As Is

    Describes a book that is sufficiently worn. This copy may be heavily soiled, scuffed, stained or spotted and may have loose joints,
    hinges, pages, etc.
